antara lokasi ,jenis & harga ?mana satu jadi pilihan..


kelmarin aku & en papa serta anak2 ke PUNCAK ALAM
tgk rumah contoh di Shah Alam 2-Alam Suria
amik guthrie EXIT bukit jelutong..
menghala ke UITM Puncak Perdana
terus lagik.........
approximately dlm 30km dr exit guthrie tuh
baru ler smp ke umah contoh tuh

throughout the journey
areanya mmg agak ke dalam
mmg pinggir bandar Shah Alam
sunyi & x sesibuk Shah Alam rasanya

spacious..........cantik....& aku betul2 in love at first sightlah
appx built in 1790kps
with 4bedroom & 3 bathroom
2 living room

seriously aku suker sgt

tapi bak kata en papa
the place x naik lagik
x semeriah umah aku di Ampang
tp the environment.......

we both has agreed its up to more than we expected

with the limited budget that we have
i cant possibly own a landed house area klang valley
yes a lot of houses to sale but i need to proceed with 10% from selling price as initial payment

aku x tau m/mana processnya beli umah atas org
kata org initial pymt 10% is a must
then lawyer cost sumer atas kita
belum bab penyelenggaraan rumah masa masuk tuh lagik
seriously i cant afford it..:
that's why aku & en papa bincang
we should buy new house instead of buying 2nd hand houses

mmg banyak condo tgh naik..(area gombak,batu caves sana,selayang)
tp aku x minat sgt umah tinggi2 nih
harga lebih kurang umah landed
kena bayar maintenance seumur hdp lak tuh
mmglah banyak fasciliti itu & ini
tapi aku selalu bertanya pada diri sendiri jugak

"am i really need that?"

bila masa lak aku nak berendam dlm pool tuh
nak guna gym fascility?
nak g kedai..dobi..(mana2 ada skrg nih)
nak dkt segala tpt..happening life..dok tgh2 bandar
takkan tetiap hari nak g shopping lak kan.........

so for the long term decision
aku & en papa setuju nak proceed dgn umah tuh
to live our own life,to raise our kids & built better future disana

mungkin jauh mula2
dah lama2 oklah tuh kan...........
dulu org kata putrajaya jauh
skrg x jauh dah kan...........

sekali-sekala org nak dtg jer
biarlah jauh pun..
tp aku suker..(x jauh nak g PJ dah..)

bagi aku selagi lokasi masih dlm lingkungan "accessible thru h/way"
rumah jenis"terrace"
bawah rm270k
aku rasa ok dahhhhhhhhhh............
