this is my own version of stress management
throughout the day this is my diary as mama :-
at 430am rush to wake up for preparation for sahur time
at 500am usually will wake him up ( read en papa)
520am rushed for quick laundry
at 6am rush for taking bath,ironing,solat & prepared myself for off to work.
620am off to ampang
by 700am reached ampang
then off back to pj
completely worked like hell throughout the day
rushed back to home at 5.30pm
will only reach home 715pm /7.30pm
rushing to prepared for iftar
see- completely x time for cook at all
after iftar,taking bath.solat then do all domestic chores as fast as i can (macam lipas kudung)
checking kak ain school homework -assist her reading
at 9pm usually my lil daughter- auni will ask her
this mama will started to telling bedtime stories - always citer hantu ok!!
until she falls asleep
while mama struggling with all kain baju ..( this is really hard to do one )
then will fall asleep with the kids only at 11pm
the routine will be continues until end up this holy month
may have time for perform terawikh with en papa then
still x get it done yet
(sgt rugi kan..)
only got quality sleep around 4-5 hours or lesser
not including with those cranky kids..
always mengigau time tido
asking for milk..change nappy
so en papa dont blame when wife getting bigger and bigger
there is 1 studies shown & its proven
" a person without enough sleep trigger to have an obesity "
